a) Take on the COP legal team regarding the technical compliance with JOA terms and progress to arbitration in Paris ASAP once connectivity results are confirmed.
b) Give it another 18 months to DOC and see what the Senegal Government does, or perhaps what the new Senegal Government does in the development PSC.
c) Feign incompetence and try to obtain the terms and conditions of the share sale to WPL.
d) Position yourself strategically and reserve your rights forever more, amen, long live PE!
