    You're right, it is very likely to be less than 200m, and hopefully even less than 150m. I believe there are only 3-5 rigs (out of global jack-up fleet of about 700) capable of 500' (150m) or more. It would just be helpful to know if we're in that 'awkward' depth range where finding a suitable and available jack-up could be a real problem. But I'm sure GALP will let us know fairly soon.
