The Kosmos contracted rig, Atwood Achiever, is a brand new Gen 6 Ultra-deepwater DPS vessel (due for delivery to Morocco in Sept 2014) and so would never be suited to drill the TAO-1 in 200m depth. No 'opportunity lost' to TPT whatsoever. Galp will announce a much more practical (and far less expensive) rig in the next couple of months...if not sooner.
