Personally I am not concerned with Kou Sa risk as the partners, Royal Group, are super connected to the Hun Sen government in Cambodia. The head of the Royal Group is one of the richest guys in Cambodia. My read is that the partners will be patient for Woodlark financing to be secured and production underway and then Kou Sa can be ramped up. The government would rather operate with a known major partner than let China in IMO, and given there is no credible opposition anymore, Hun Sen's grip on power is very strong.
