    4. I just wanna add to that. I have travelled and lived in the middle East, and noticed how cheap labour has resulted in most restaurants doing deliveries. They don't outsource. Customers expect it. In smaller restaurants/chains it is very unorganized.

    Also, now that we know how long these implementations can take, does that put N.A. Williams (and others) back on the radar?
