If I was the Class Action lawyer for GSW, I'd be licking my lips at raising this argument in court. After yesterdays suspension, it seems as if the regulators don't exactly know what they want from organisations regarding announcements, expect organisations to hit a very specific level of disclosure and in turn, this arguably reduces GSW's original culpability/intent to deceive the market considering they have been pulled up for taking either approach.

Again, I'm aware I could be looking too far into this and possibly giving Bane and Joel way too much credit!

you definitely are looking way to far into this. go read some of their old announcements or read announcement from any other early stage tech companies. its very simple. don't announce trials of your product as contracted customers, don't estimate revenue when there is no contract. then you are fine. this company may have fine tech and a legit product, but the board clearly do not understand how to make legal public disclosures
