"To materially progress the finalisation of the EPC contract". Does that mean contract signing will occur in "early May 2024".? Pretty much within the next two weeks.

Also:

"The Consortium has advised that the financing proposal for the total construction cost of Kola will be provided to the Company within six weeks of the execution of the EPC Contract."

Financing to be provided within 6 weeks of signing the EPC contract.

Seems like someone has set up some profit taking milestones. They are set too low in my opinion.

If KP2 secures an EPC contract and over 1.5 billion in funding for project construction, as well as massive offtake agreements, IMO the Mcap of Kp2 has got to start reflecting something near the billions of dollars in which this project deals in (Project NPV of AUD $2.5 billion or AUD $5 billion depending on potash spot prices).

China has imported 50% more potash in Q1 2024 when compared to Q1 2023 (see chart below).

Demand for potash is on the rise, and potash spot prices should of course increase in response to demand.
