According to the last two announcements, 87.5 million shares are to be issued unconditionally (without the need for shareholder approval), and 4.2 million shares are conditional on a shareholder approval vote via a general meeting (issued to Chairman, David Hathorn).
As per second below image, i think the 87.5 million shares were issued on 5 July 24, which corresponds with the new and updated date in your screenshot.
I did a quick scan and i agree, although all shareholders listed remain on a consistent number of shares or have slightly increased holdings, it doesnt appear like the small changes account for all 87.5 million shares which were just issued (i could be wrong. i only did a quick scan of the listed Top 8 holders). I wonder if that means that other Top Shareholders further down the list of Top 20 shareholders also participated, but are obviously not displayed in this list of Top 8 holders.?
Im not too sure, but we can keeping watching and see what develops.
