Agree, it's tricky to value this company based on what's supplied right now - all I could go off is the previously reported NPV's. $400 mil is an acceptable price though, I wouldn't be opposed to seeing that as an offer, but that would be the lower end of the scale in my opinion but not unreasonable. I also agree that DX will be shaved off, if not used to barter at getting a deal over the line perhaps.
Regardless, as you said Hathorne has put in >$1million of his own money and I doubt he is simply gambling that. He's s seasoned businessman and knows what to expect coming up, as do these new high-net worth investors.
It's just a waiting game now, as always.
