We actually had a cash offer from Dingyi of AUD0,66 which failed in March 2014. At that time ELM was targetting initial production by 2017 and full capacity by 2018. On that day the shares dropped 22% to C$0.21 Now we are 6 years later, still no production, many more optimisation studies, shares diluted by so many more issues to directors.
