    Great thread, here are my thoughts for what its worth.

    - SQM - i believe their stake will be acquired as the long term plans are no longer aligned to their strategy
    - Agree with Quest, DH wants to see KP2 on the main board of the LSE
    - As project becomes fully operational with an estimated EBITDA of USD$450m, then market cap should be between USD$2.5bn - USD$3.0bn (for the purpose of this exercise, lets say AUD $4.0bn)
    - If market cap is currently approx AUD $200m, then there would be approx 20 times upside from these levels to hit a market cap of AUD $4bn.
    - target price using current Shares on Issue would give an approx target of AUD 0.88

    Of course these numbers change with either a stregthening or weakening of the market price for MoP.

    All speculative, and just my thoughts.
