    I think this is a big possibility. I reckon David Hathorne purchased more shares more so for the voting power. A takeover will require the majority vote. I’m not familiar with the % that David + SQM + public would hold together, but if it’s greater than 50% there is a big possibility a takeover is on the cards. Would be the best outcome in my opinion.
