    PowerChina seems highly active in taking on projects within the Republic of Congo (Congo Brazzaville).

    The below article is dated 2 weeks ago.

    IMO, the fact that PowerChina has an active presence in securing and completing construction projects in the Republic of Congo, means that there is a high chance of a successful signing of the EPC contract with KP2 to build KP2's mine.
