Last year KP2 released their Half Yearly Accounts on 12 September.

I believe the final date for reporting this year is 13 September, so we are pretty much guaranteed that we will receive some sort of company update during next week.

In terms of precisely when the EPC announcement will arrive, i think that is anyone's guess. It's a waiting game at the moment, and i think nerves are on edge for many investors due to the wait (mine included).

KP2 has some major and influential backers (Oman Sovereign Wealth Fund, SQM, including some seemingly influential business people), and the Chairman of KP2 (David Hathorn) is also a major holder (Top 4 in share holdings), so I am expecting that these influential backers will push for a successful deal. Hence, i am still backing KP2 to close the deal. I am holding tight for the EPC announcement, but only time will tell if the deal does get done.

Not sure why it hasn't arrived.?

Last year, the Half Yearly was released on 12 September at 4.00pm.

Pretty sure KP2's status as an "Explorer" hasn't changed since last year.?

Also pretty sure that Half Yearly Reports for Explorers are due on/before 13 September.?

I guess we watch and see what happens.?
