It is only just after midnight at headquarters right now, let them sleep in. But would be surprised as well if not lodged by today, something to read over weekend.
Wonder if PowerChina will get a position on the board considering how deep they will be into this project. Agree with some others here that they might be angling for a big chunk of this, but that will probably play out in a year or so after construction is well underway.
