    im guessing coordinating the ministers calendar may be causing a few hold ups as there will be a ribbon cutting ceremoney together with the formal EPC announcement. Hopefully towards the end of this month.
    Thereafter, mine funding will be Saudi royalty agreement that will minimise dilution.
    Massive tax breaks from RPC government for first few years will maximise initial EBITDA until project fully operational, or company gets bought out.
    Exciting times ahead.
