So will the EPC be signed or not ? My analysis is that, ultimately, it is in everyone's interest - KP2, RoC and PowerChina - to strike a deal. This is not just because of the massive quantity of potash in RoC, but also worth remembering just now much time and resource all parties have put into the never-ending and ongoing exploratory phases of this project, and how much will be wasted if the lawyers get in the way. So it would be absolutely astonishing if there is no deal.
