...and knowing this company, the EPC could be announced (not signed) at the very last moment ie. at the end of October (as per last RNS) or even later - in other words, at the very end of October, another RNS could be released saying more time is needed to sort out legal complications. However, any such xtn would need to be short because this company will run out of money ! However, I remain optimistic that a deal will be done.
