Sorry, it`s too far back for me to remember. Alot of paper was issued over the years to remain solvent and to fund exploration in an unfashionable and misunderstood sector of the market . The company suffered from the vagaries of a volatile potash market and the collapse of the Canadian/East European cartel come duopoly. Fortunately, we had the support of our institutional shareholders who had deep pockets and were here for the long term. Most of them are still here and are now starting to reap the rewards, along with us little guys.
