    I guess we now know where the financial proposal will come from.?

    Also, it is interesting to note that in the recently published Half Yearly Report, KP2 mentions that "UAE representatives visited Beijing in August 2024...to accelerate the signing of the EPC".

    I guess we can now understand this to mean that the project financiers (UAE royalty and debt finance proposal team) are also in discussions with Powerchina about the imminent deal (EPC Contract and financial proposal).
