Regarding the funding announcement, I actually think that it is likely that the announcement will arrive before the stated deadline.

One reason is that, IMO, KP2 have been working on the funding agreement concurrently alongside the EPC contract agreement.....meaning the funding agreement would likely be in highly developed form already.

Second reason, after a few delays with the EPC contract, it would be likely that KP2 would give themselves more time than required (three months) to arrange the funding so that they avoid missing another deadline (basically, give themselves three months to deliver funding and then come in early at one month or two months instead).

Only speculation and we may end up taking the whole 3 months, but IMO, it is likely that we will receive the funding announcement earlier.
