    No doubt games being played to drive the SP down for accumulation.
    The reason Hathorne couldnt participate in the most recent cap raise is that he is aware of the details and conditions of the financing agreement with the Saudis.
    Worth noting i believe this is the first time he didnt participate in a cap raise.
    KP2 shuld be trading at multiples of current levels..
