Actually, a few Significant Shareholders have been increasing their holdings recently (as per below screenshot).

From a quick glance, it seems at least the following list of holders have increased since 28 February:

- Harlequin
- Wadeville
- Steven H
- Kippax

If top holders are increasing, then surely we are looking good in terms of a positive future.

I actually question if this term sheet delay is genuine. It really seems too opportunistic that a delay in the term sheet coincides with almost all top shareholders increasing their shares (not to mention the scare tactics via "no guarantee" warnings that were published in recent announcements).

It is what it is though......and i'm not sure it can be totally avoided....the big end of town always gets a bigger bite at lower risk. Lets just hope that they have now finally finished filling their belly.......and can now stop diluting us unnecessarily.
