Go back to 11 April 2013. Issued share capital of Elemental Minerals was 288m.Name changed to KORE POTASH on 20/10/2016
DINGYI, still a shareholder with 200m shares wanted to buyout at A$0.66, but HK Stock Exchange considered it not a buyout but a reverse takeover and a year later the deal fell through.
The estimated production figures for this resources was 2.2 m tons a year then, and LOM was still 23 years. Same as now.
So what has changed. Not much imo except optimisation study after study after study, issuing 17.36 x more shores until today. Fortunately David Hathorn came and and kudoes to him and his team! Done a wonderful job and things appear to be very positive.
So if we assume all the figures have basically remained the same except we now have almost 5 billion shares in issue, if a buyout were to occur and they offered A$190m now the shares are trading EXACTLY there at the moment.
Purely based on this analogy, assuming the buyer offers A$500m we would get R1.18 / A$1.00 and if A$1B we would get R2.36 / A$2.00. You can pro-rate any other figures. But I am happy to be proven wrong!! DYOR e&oe.
