    The President of the ROC was in Abu Dhabi last night. He was signing a new comprehensive economic partnership agreement between the ROC and Abu Dhabi.

    KP2 have previously said that project funding will (at least in part) be derived from OWI Global in Abu Dhabi......so this new partnership is a good sign for our funding arrangement.
