    Bizarre stuff...?

    The market apparently already knows the news regarding receipt of the "non-binding term sheet" as it was released to the UK market last night......and......KP2 need to release Quarterly update either today or tomorrow....which would be strange to do under a trading halt in place until Thursday..?
