    The "term sheet announcement" was just released to KP2's website.

    We may receive the announcement on the ASX after close tonight and South Africa might receive it before they open for trading today.

    That way, SA gets to trade openly tonight and we resume trading tomorrow..

    Lets see how this plays out.....because KP2 still needs to release their Quarterly update, so they need to find time for that annoucement too.
