Im starting to think that tomorrow.....instead of the trading halt being lifted, we may end up going into suspended trading.?
We may end up staying suspended until the Term Sheet is accepted and the Financing Contract is signed, sealed & delivered. We may have gone into a trading halt to avoid any insider trading while the Term Sheet is "public" and the financial terms are still being discussed/negotiated, yet the Financial Contract has not been signed.
The other possibility just wouldn't make sense IMO.........being that trading resumes tomorrow with the release of the same "draft term sheet" announcement we have already seen released to the LSE. That scenario would seem like the trading halt was pointless.?
Anyway, i guess time will tell how this plays out.
In the meantime, its nice watching the KP2 on the LSE breakout.....Up another 7% in early trading.
