Yeah, we are running out of days before we reach the end of May.....and we know that we need to settle the Funding Contract before then.
I think i prefer for the announcement to be released in the last week of May, rather than in the coming week (although at the same time im super eager to get the news, and super eager to resume trading on the ASX also)..? Preference for the last week of May is only because i'm thinking that the price will continue to build on anticipation....and so the higher we are pre-announcement....the higher we go post announcement. I actually think we could reach recent highs, or even breach recent highs on anticipation alone if we have the time to do so.
Either way though, i do think we will eventually reach the same price levels regardless of whether we receive the news this week or next week. The destination will ultimately remain the same...but the journey there might be different depending on various details like the timing of announcements.
Post funding announcement, the real big price movements will occur if/when the institutions arrive....and some of those big hitters have already starting to join the register. Steve Herring starting buying about mid-last year and has been increasing since. He now owns over 5% of the company. Allan Gray Pty Ltd is a South African and Australian institutional investment company, and they just took up a 4.6% position in the last couple of months.
These two are early institutional level investors.......and more are likely on the way IMO.
Exciting times if all goes to plan. Lets see how it plays out.
