I am very under-qualified to look at a buy-out price haha

Based on some research I have done regarding early symptoms of a company takeover, the share price will spike before to the offer price. However, I don't see this buying as a spike, it's slow and steady; more of a cumulative purpose. (I would recommend anyone to do some googling on these symptoms if you are interested).

In all honesty, I don't think this trend will steady and if it did, then that would be the takeover offer price perhaps. We can test this trend if someone were to place a very large sell order, maybe 10 mil or so, at 6 cents haha. I would place my money on it this would be bought instantly tomorrow The reason for the slow buying is to generate more liquidity in the order book at a steady, rising price without causing large % spread. ASX would cry again and demand why that happened.

The buyout share price isn't generally what matters, it's the total offer. That will be used to calculate the final price. How much would we valuate this company? 1.8 Bil to build, no production still but incredible potential. I honestly have no idea. A round number like $1 Bil would be nice, which would put the share price at roughly 25c. VERY SPECULATIVE, DO NOT TRUST THIS

No idea tbh, but I do think there is purpose/conviction behind these buys and they are not speculative - the buyer/s have an end goal in mind. If this was all to sell on the news of a successful EPC signing, who are they going to sell to? For the AZX alone, there's literally 20 mil in the buy book below us, so the buyers would be left with 180 Mil of shares to do what? I doubt the other exchanges would have the liquidity for them to sell that much at a profit either. So what then, claim as a loss? Nup, I think they need the votes, but for what exactly is the tricky part haha
