Agree that this below section of the announcement is an interesting and overlooked aspect.
It is certainly interesting that OWS-RAMS is not only planning to provide KP2 with US$2.2 billion to fully fund the kola project, but is ALSO planning a long term relationship with KP2, where more projects and developments will be added to relationship in the future.
This fact actually makes the current Term Sheet more secure IMO.
OWS-RAMS is not only willing to fund the current KP2 Kola project, but is actively wanting to deepen the relationship with KP2 beyond the Kola project too.
IMO, this shows a depth and strength in the OWS-RAMS and KP2 relationship.
