    Been travelling last little while so haven’t been able to see what all the fuss is about. To be quite honest, all seems like short term noise.

    Main takeaway I can gather from the financing announcement is:

    “The Term Sheets are non-binding and subject to, amongst other things, completion of due diligence, agreement of binding documentation, and necessary approvals from the respective boards of Kore and the Summit Consortium.
    The parties are targeting to enter into binding agreements by 31 July 2025."

    Sounds to me like hands have shaken, but the dotted line is yet to be signed. Chairman too deep to back out now, this will be binding, just a matter of when. If you sell before that, good for you.

    I can see the share price dipping/consolidating until mid July, where you will no doubt see the exact same process occur again. If binding occurs, shares go up, if not, down again until it is. Until binding, risk remains.
