Regardless, still stand by the binding notion. Binding needs to occur before construction. 6 month window, so Q3/Q4. Happy to just ride this wave until then, no need to over complicate this. If something negative occurs, play those cards when it happens. Until then, BAU imo. This is a multi billion dollar deal, doesn’t happen over night.
