yes but it is a basic rule that all communications between solicitor and client are confidential and privileged and that rule being sacrosanct should have been at the forefront of slaters and their advisors. Would not have expected the Quindell people to know or even care but S&G. they should have applied to the SRA for a waiver in the very least
