So can KPMG be sued on behalf of the SGH shareholders for their failings in auditing Quindell where the auditing was used as a basis for an inflated sale price and the end result combined with the undue non-diligence was in the crashing of the SGH share price?
Or are S&G the only ones if any that can pursue them?
