Wow............ waiting with eager (but not too optimistic) anticipation!!
It's been a long and tedious journey.  I notice that Wellington are also settling - does this mean we may get two bites of the cherry?

After all the Kooralbyn , Chiffley etc. so called settlements, we must be a bit wary of Item 4 - "if and when a binding Settlement Deed is executed"
