It might have been better for Kalina and Sinopec to scrap the faulty plant and build using the new model, supposedly only requiring 9 months to construct. That way Sinopec would have had a chance to view the tech at its best and decide based on that. Are Sinopec really going to decide to roll out based on a flawed plant?
