know plant will work and to specs.....not sure why we need worry about a few months or so after 4 years of muddling under old arrangement .....will all happen and soon enough.....An alcohol bsed system has huge risk in a petrochem plant and traditional Rankine cycle inefficient using low temp waste heat....hence the reason Sino went with Kalina in first place.....and w know from Sumitomo Steel experience that it will be Ok when executed properly ...rather than in a specific period of time....
