Do you really think ramping on HotCopper without news to back it up is going to work from here? It has been pretty clear for most that opportunity and potential means little to the market. It wants deals and revenue.
The company got criticised for not communicating enough so are trying to communicate better and get criticised for that too. Investors are a fickle bunch.
With $5m in the bank and a burn rate of approx $1m/quarter, I can't see a capital raise in 6 months. They will be trying to get the options over the line but will need steady news flow to get the cash boost from option conversion.
