Amadain this question is irrelevant. It really makes no difference to the project now as I am sure you know that KPO is acting as what is essentially a consultant to this project. If it takes another month to completely hand over we will be paid our consulting fees as such.
If this project had been managed correctly by SINO in the first place it would have been done long ago- they chose to use inferior materials and not use KPO recommended engineers.
This legacy project will be done soon- it will have no impact on contract signings, especially in ROW
