and who is that?......I disagree.....be patient ...buyers are back in control.....We have been told of the opportunities and the probability of left field( to us) contracts. When they happen they happen...each should make up their own mind what they think are the chances...and I do not think Hainan being finished or not this month will make the slightest difference to that happening....
