I would confidently say that the seller(s) is not done yet based on the pattern we have seen develop. Also I believe another announcement is imminent and that they may be waiting for that before proceeding, either to hold or to sell into strength.
I'm not as bullish as Bonkers, but I'm calling a re-rate to 20-25 by end of April.
