I did a quick calculation a while back looking at what Bitdeer paid for a 101MW project and it seemed to suggest about A$15m for Saddle Hills, both sites were roughly the same size and shovel ready so seemed to be a reasonable assumption.
The recent changes with these interim measures announced by AESO has me believing that a higher price is possible, or even quite likely.
Another thing I have speculated on very recently is that KDP may be kept on to project manage the construction of Saddle Hills, would be nice to get fees for this on top of a sale price!
