    The selection of the master was in November 2024.
    so no, they didn't build big in Texas because of that, on the face of it, based on timelines.

    data sovereignty is a thing.
    Canada LLC will want its own data centres.
    i don't know of any foreign investment restrictions by US companies into Canada.
    of course 10b exists in Canada, potentially can all be done within Canada.
