Not sure if you were a shareholder back years ago when, shareholders demanded better updates from the company. Ross stated they would have a investor relations person to deal with enquiries from shareholders and investors. Before you know it they started using Twitter to the dismay of many shareholders. I believe from memory it was around the same time they were about to list on the TSX.
