So I believe that KPO will (have) receive(d) their assessment package this month for their SASR at AESO.
Then in July there will be a list of projects that move to stage 2.  Then it will be time to pay the preliminary assessment fee at $25,000 + GST per project at 133 MW or over.

Then as stage 2 progresses, the AESO apparently invoice for costs to progress the application.

Later there comes a connection agreement which is negotiable apparently, . Connection cost estimates will be provided. Then later at stage 3 assuming all going ahead, financial security is required.

Anyway - the next valuation uplift isn't far away if the ducks are in a row.
