Of course you should top up now. I only tried to explain that when the stock is suspended because of Nasdaq listing you should try to get stock from the underwriters because then there is no risk anymore. Right now there still is some risk involved and thats why you do not have to pay Nasdaq prices. Your reward will be that for the short term you make 10 times your money and your risk is that you have to sit it out for another 6 to 12 months looking at the same price every week.
