Eden woodchip export facility has been gutted by fire, 100,000t of woodchips are burning away. This sure helps mitigate an argument for SB to be moved. It's either American River or SB, because if it had been anywhere else it would be smoke and the insurance industry knows it too. Also if people on KI don't like SB they sure won't like log trucks going to American River because that's where it's going if SB falls through

Secondly, if the council don't like SB then it will be a Lazarus event when they welcome the jobs created by KIPT bringing work forward
