Really, you make some good points. The expropriation is so blatantly egregious the 2 African governments know they have no leg to stand on and will lose the arbitration anyway after several years of proceedings. Meanwhile both countries earn the title of international sovereign risks pariah of the century. When I read the notice issued by Avima posted by someone on the SDL thread, it makes your mind boggle what weed the Congo minister was smoking.
