As a ardent anti-Commi with a dim view on there practices, I still think China would refrain to have anything to do with the Sangha project (notwithstanding the legal limbo) until the licenses are returned to the Oz Trio. Otherwise the whole Xi Jinping silk road story becomes so tarnished and vilified by accusations of African collusion and political coercion that the West would immediately pounce on. Yep, they will soon be relisted and on the first day of quotation the trades will resemble a fission reactor.
