    Justme321, funny you say that. In the Cam state TV news segment covering the MoU signing, I can make out the news reader said something about "Chine" and "Australie" as Cameroon and Congo will be a global top 5 iron ore producer.

    Having said that, I think the Africans must return the licenses to their rightful owners as a prerequisite to anything tangible. And there isn't much time between now and Q4. China infrastructure initiative in 2021 will be under intense global scrutiny. They can't afford to put a foot wrong.
